Anna Maria Jönsson is a Professor of Ecosystem Modelling at the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Lund University. Her research focuses on how ongoing climate change affects growth and damage risks in both natural and managed ecosystems. She uses model simulations to analyse future scenarios and evaluate policy options.
Furthermore, Anna Maria is Deputy Coordinator of the strategic research area Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services in a Changing Climate (BECC) and serves as Deputy Head of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences.
